OWD-1500 optimization line for cutting pallet blanks

The OWD-1500 automatic optimization line is an advanced version of the basic model of the automatic trimming machine, specially designed for efficient cutting of materials used in the production of pallets. In this version, the automatic trimming machine does not have the function of cutting out defects in wood, instead, its capabilities are focused on processing materials with a cross-section of up to 380 x 100 mm. Thanks to this solution, the trimming machine is ideally suited for automated Euro palletizing lines where speed and process continuity are important.

The OWD-1500 optimization line for cutting pallet blanks: integrates with the palletizing line via a special distribution table. This allows the processed blocks to be fed directly into the palletizing line without the need for additional maintenance, which significantly speeds up the preparation process and reduces the need for a large number of operators. All elements of the system, including the optimizer and the distribution table, are configured to provide high performance that meets the requirements of the palletizing line.
OWD-1500 optimization line for large-size cutting: was developed on the basis of the basic design, taking into account the possibility of processing materials with larger cross-sections. This allows achieving high results when processing pallet boards and other large elements. An important advantage is the ability to produce up to 90 cubic meters of 80 cm long pallet boards in one eight-hour shift with proper organization of material and technical logistics, which ensures high productivity and efficiency.
Automatic end-facing machine - OWD-1500 optimization line: can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated into a more comprehensive line for palletizing and knocking down. This makes it a versatile and cost-effective solution for modern production.
Countersinking workpieces for Euro pallets, boss countersinking, pallet checker countersinking and length sorting in automatic mode: all this is done precisely and efficiently by the automatic countersinking machine - the OWD-1500 optimization line.
Optimization with added statistics and remote monitoring of the OWD-1500 optimization line: includes extensive statistics that track machine run times in shifts, taking into account only active pusher run times. This provides accurate information on actual machine run time. Statistics also include data on the number of slats of different lengths and a calculation of the percentage of material used, which helps minimize waste. It is possible to remotely connect to the optimizer for diagnostics and service. This allows changes to be made to advanced machine settings to which the customer has limited access, improving flexibility and service efficiency.
