- The basic principle of a material scanner

The microcontroller controls the process of switching on the emitters, creating a dense network of beams in the measurement yard. In the absence of the measured object the scanner functions in the lumber search mode. When an object enters the measurement scope, the scanner automatically switches to the precise measurement mode.
- Due to the high scanning speed and minimum measuring time the scanner
- can accurately measure lumber at a conveyor speed of 1 m/s in more than 500 points.
