Main features
- Variable cutting height
- The cutting height to which the saw blade should be advanced is set via software, reducing the cutting height speeds up the cutting process, significantly shortening the machining cycle.
- Initial trimming
- Set a fixed value for the initial trimming in mm, if the strip has a defect exceeding this value, the operator marks the defect with a fluorescent pencil; the machine skips the initial trimming, starts cutting from the place of the mark and continues the optimization; the value can be edited.
- Allowable waste
- The program can select the size of allowable waste in ten grades, separately for first and second grade, with a value of 0, the machine will aim for minimum waste, with higher values, it will choose longer pieces to increase waste; turning this function off will make the machine faster and more economical.
- Expansion Markers
- Set the kerf offset from the defect center for left and right sides separately, this is a useful feature when optimizing expensive wood species to reduce waste.
- Advanced statistics
- The program provides detailed analytics to accurately assess performance and optimize the process.
- Remote service and optimization test
- Remote service and test capability to ensure flawless operation of the equipment.
- Waste stacking
- The program can allocate waste from the best grades of wood to lower grades, significantly reducing losses.
- Sorting options
- Multiple sorting options to select the most efficient and cost-effective options.
- Reverse optimization sequence
- Flexibility to change the optimization sequence to improve results.
- Rustic Special
- An additional function for optimizing nesting for rustic wood characteristics.
- Optional equipment
- Buffer feed table.
- Standard feed table
- Touch panel
- Buffer receiving table for packages
- Material collision protection
