Not only element lengths and quantities, but also binder numbers, cutting parameters (saw speed, pusher, undercut) and optimization parameters are stored in memory. Recipes with different lengths of slats can be loaded with multiples, which greatly speeds up the start-up process and eliminates errors when entering long nesting lists.
- Remote service for customer convenience
- Once the modem is installed, the service department has the ability to remotely connect to the optimizer for diagnostics and maintenance. This allows for quick changes to advanced machine settings that the customer does not have direct access to, providing immediate support and improved machine reliability.
- Additional equipment for increased efficiency
- To further optimize your processes, we offer additional modules such as a wood defect scanner, automatic board feeder and automatic material picking systems to significantly increase the productivity and accuracy of your machine.
