Information clause on data processing

Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), I hereby inform that:

The purpose of collecting personal data:

The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 of the GDPR and for marketing purposes, the Personal Data Administrator relies on a legally justified interest, which is website analytics, visit analysis, etc.

Period of storage of personal data:

Your personal data will be stored for the period from the commencement of cooperation until 5 years after its termination.

Right of access to personal data:

You have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify it.

The right to delete data:

You may delete any data processed by Pavlo Nesterov at any time, except in the following situations:

* an open order/contract that has not yet been completed or has only been partially completed.

* unsettled debt to Pavlo Nesterov, regardless of payment method.

* Your debt was sold to a third party within the last three years or one year (for deceased clients)

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

The provision of your personal data is a required condition for concluding a contract.

Legal basis for data processing:

In the case of processing of personal data obtained from you, we will inform you each time whether it was transferred in a regulatory manner, whether it is required to sign a contract and whether you are obliged to transfer your personal data and what are the possible consequences of not giving your consent.

Automated decision-making, profiling:

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
